1. Sample Receipt & Registration
- Receive samples from suppliers
- Verify product name, specification, batch No., quantity, and requirements
- Assign unique sample ID and register into system
2. Sample Conditioning
- Condition samples under standard atmosphere:21±1℃, 65±2% RH for at least 24 hours
- Ensure stable test conditions before measurement
3. Visual & Dimensional Inspection
- Visual check: color, defects, contamination, uniformity
- Dimensional test: width, weight (GSM), yarn count, fabric density
- Hand feel and appearance evaluation
4. Physical Performance Testing
- Tensile strength & elongation
- Tear strength
- Abrasion resistance
- Pilling resistance
- Washing / dry cleaning dimensional stability (shrinkage)
- Seam slippage
- Elastic recovery
5. Color Fastness Testing
- Color fastness to washing
- Color fastness to rubbing (dry & wet)
- Color fastness to perspiration
- Color fastness to light
- Color fastness to chlorine / non-chlorine bleaching
6. Chemical & Safety Testing
- pH value
- Formaldehyde content
- Azo colorants (AZO)
- Heavy metals
- Carcinogenic / allergenic dyes
- Restricted harmful substances (PFAS, OPP, PVC, etc.)
7. Functional Testing (Optional)
- Antibacterial & anti-mite
- Water repellent & oil repellent
- Flame retardant
- Anti-static
- UV protection
8. Data Analysis & Result Judgment
- Record test data
- Judge against standards:ISO, AATCC, GB, OEKO‑TEX®, REACH, etc.
- Determine PASS or FAIL
9. Test Report Issuance
- Compile full test report
- Include items, methods, results, conclusion, signature & stamp
- Provide report for customs clearance, inspection and customer audit
