Fabric Cutting Process

1. Fabric Preparation & Inspection
   • Check fabric color, pattern, width, defects and batch consistency.
   • Spread fabric flat and eliminate wrinkles before cutting.
2. Spreading & Layering
   • Lay fabric evenly according to marker plan.
   • Control tension to avoid stretching or distortion.
   • Match patterns and stripes accurately if required.
3. Marker Making
   • Arrange marker layout to maximize fabric utilization.
   • Mark grain line, notches, drill points and size codes.
4. Cutting Operation
   • Use electric cutter, band knife or laser cutting machine.
   • Cut precisely along marker lines.
   • Ensure clean edges without burrs or rough ends.
5. Numbering & Marking
   • Label each piece with size, style, color, batch and piece number.
   • Mark sewing notches and matching points clearly.
6. Sorting & Bundling
   • Sort cut parts by size, color and style.
   • Bundle in sets for sewing line.
   • Avoid mixing different batches or styles.
7. Quality Control
   • Check size accuracy, symmetry and pattern matching.
   • Repair minor defects or replace unqualified pieces.
   • Record cutting loss and utilization rate.
