Edge TreatmentOverlock or serge raw edges to prevent fraying. Use binding, hemming or piping for a clean finish.
Turning & TopstitchingTurn parts right side out smoothly. Press seams and perform topstitching to improve appearance and firmness.
Trimming & CleaningTrim excess threads, cloth scraps and uneven edges. Clean oil stains, dust and dirt.
Semi-finished Product InspectionCheck sewing appearance, size, symmetry, firmness and overall workmanship. Sort qualified and defective pieces.
