Product Appearance Check
Inspect for stains, oil spots, holes, loose threads, color deviation, and uneven sewing. Ensure no defects visible on the front side.
Size & Measurement Verification
Measure length, width, and thickness according to order specifications. Confirm within tolerance range.
Workmanship Final Check
Check sewing lines, quilting pattern, zippers, buttons, piping, and hemming for firmness and neatness.
Accessory & Label Confirmation
Verify brand labels, size labels, care labels, barcode stickers, and hanging tags. Ensure correct position and content.
Cleaning & Finishing
Remove all loose threads. Light ironing if necessary. Ensure product is clean and tidy.
Folding & Alignment Check
Check folding method, symmetry, and neatness. Ensure consistent folding standards for the whole batch.
Polybag & Packaging Check
Check polybag size, printing, barcode, warning signs, and sealing. Ensure no damage or incorrect printing.
Carton & Outer Packing Check
Check master carton quality, printing marks, shipping mark, quantity per carton, and inner division.
Weight & Quantity Check
Count quantity per pack and per carton. Weigh to confirm gross weight and net weight.
Final Acceptance & Recording
Classify qualified and defective goods. Record inspection results, defect types, and handling opinions.
