Product Preparation

Iron and tidy products. Remove all loose threads, dust and stains. Ensure products are clean and well-finished.

Folding

Fold products according to standard folding method. Ensure symmetry, neatness and consistent size.

Inner Packing

Insert cardboard or tissue paper to maintain shape.

Place product into polybag with warning label if required.

Seal polybag neatly.

Accessory Packing

Attach hangtags, labels, barcode stickers and packaging inserts as per customer requirements.

Carton Packing

Place packed products into outer carton.

Arrange items evenly to avoid creasing or damage.

Fill with bubble wrap or polyfoam if necessary for protection.

Quantity & Weight Check

Count quantity per carton accurately.

Check gross weight and net weight.

Sealing & Marking

Seal carton with tape firmly.

Apply shipping marks, side marks, product description, quantity, GW/NW, size and origin as required.

Final Inspection

Check overall packing appearance, firmness, labeling correctness and carton condition.

Warehousing & Loading

Move finished cartons to designated area.

Arrange for container loading according to shipping schedule.
