Container Loading Process

1. Container Inspection

   Check the container for cleanliness, dryness, no damage, no odor, no leakage, and no pests.

   Inspect door locks and seals for integrity.
2. Loading Plan Confirmation

   Arrange loading sequence according to carton size, weight, and delivery order.

   Maximize space utilization while ensuring stability.
3. Carton Checking Before Loading

   Verify carton quantity, shipping marks, condition, and weight.

   Reject wet, broken, or deformed cartons.
4. Loading Operation

   Load heavy cartons at the bottom, light ones on top.

   Stack neatly and evenly to prevent collapse or tilting.

   Use interlocking method to avoid shifting during transportation.
5. Protection & Fixing

   Place corner protectors, straps, or airbags if necessary.

   Fill gaps to reduce movement during sea transit.
6. Counting & Recording

   Count actual loaded cartons and compare with packing list.

   Record loading time, container number, seal number, and photos.
7. Sealing & Documentation

   Lock container and apply security seal.

   Record seal number accurately for customs declaration.
8. Completion Confirmation

   Sign off loading record and hand over to logistics for shipment.
